WHAT IS A LIVE AUCTION

Welcome to the auction! Here’s how it works:

1. Viewing and Registration:

   • Prospective buyers can view the property and/or chattels before the auction begins.

   • To participate, please sign up with our staff to receive a bidder’s number.

   • Note: A valid State Identification card is required for registration.

2. Bidding Process:

   • When you’re ready to bid, simply raise your bidder’s number. Our staff will acknowledge your bid.

   • The Auctioneer will declare a lot "SOLD!" once the highest bid is reached.

3. After Winning a Bid:

   • If you are the high bidder, you may continue bidding on other lots or check out with our cashier to finalize payment.

4. Important Terms:

   • Specific terms and conditions will be advertised before the auction. Announcements made on the day of the sale override printed terms.

   • Bidding on real estate is a legally binding agreement to purchase the property at the bid amount.

   • Closings are not contingent on financing, appraisals, inspections, or any other factors.

   • Note: Bids cannot be retracted.
